Homebase respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on an artist page infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice using the form below. We review every complete notice and act on valid ones promptly.
Before you file
- Make sure you (or the person you represent) actually own the copyright in the material — or are legally authorised to act on their behalf.
- Be specific about which song, image, or other item on which artist page is at issue. Include the full URL.
- Understand that knowingly false claims can carry legal consequences.

Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or you have the right to use the material, you can submit a counter-notice by emailing dmca@homebase.app with your name, contact information, the URL of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated valid infringement notices will be suspended and, where appropriate, terminated.
